使用 EasyLect 前请阅读本条款与隐私政策。
1. 服务
EasyLect 提供英文听课语音识别、中文翻译、录音与双语历史、AI 总结和答疑等课堂辅助功能。语音识别、翻译和 AI 输出可能不完整或有误，请核对重要内容。服务需要可用网络、麦克风权限和相应设备条件；网络或第三方服务异常可能影响实时结果。
2. 使用责任
请确保你有权录制并处理课堂声音及相关内容，遵守课程、学校和当地法律规则。请勿上传无权处理的内容，也不要用服务侵害他人权益或干扰服务运行。你保有自己有权使用的课堂内容；为提供服务，你授权我们及必要的服务方按隐私政策处理相关内容。
3. 免费体验与自动续订会员
未订阅用户可累计体验 60 秒听课翻译。之后可在 App 内购买周、月或年自动续订会员。各方案的准确价格、计费周期和权益以购买前 Apple 应用内购买页面显示为准。确认购买后由 Apple 账户扣费；订阅将在当前周期结束前自动续订，除非你在当前周期结束前关闭自动续订。Apple 可能在周期结束前 24 小时内扣除续订费用。
你可在 iPhone“设置”→ Apple 账户 →“订阅”中管理或取消订阅；取消后，已付费权益通常持续到当前周期结束。卸载 App 不会自动取消订阅。App 内提供“恢复购买”。退款请求由 Apple 处理，可访问 reportaproblem.apple.com。适用的 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议见 Apple 标准 EULA。
4. 数据与服务变更
课堂录音和文字的本地及云端处理见隐私政策。删除本机历史不会自动删除云端归档，可按数据删除说明提出请求。我们可能更新功能、修复故障或为安全原因调整服务；若条款有重要变化，会更新本页面与生效日期。

Terms of Use (English)
EasyLect provides English lecture transcription, Chinese translation, recordings, bilingual history, AI summaries and question assistance. Outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for obtaining any permission required to record or process a lecture and for following course rules and applicable law. You retain rights you hold in your content and permit us and necessary providers to process it to deliver the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Users without a subscription receive a cumulative 60 seconds of live lecture use. Weekly, monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions are available in the app. The exact price, period and benefits appear on the Apple purchase screen before confirmation. Apple charges your account when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal before the current period ends; Apple may charge for renewal within the final 24 hours. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. The Apple Standard EULA also applies.
Lecture content is processed and stored as explained in the Privacy Policy. Deleting local history does not automatically erase cloud archives; see Data Deletion. We may update the service or these terms and will update the effective date for material changes. For help, email shaohuadou@foxmail.com.
