隐私政策
本政策说明 EasyLect 如何处理课堂内容、订阅信息及运行数据。使用麦克风听课前，App 会显示数据使用说明并请求系统权限。
1. 我们处理的数据
- 课堂内容：麦克风音频、英文转写、中文翻译、课堂总结、答疑内容、你校对的文字以及录音和历史记录。
- 匿名用户标识：App 生成的用户 ID，用于关联课堂会话、云端归档、诊断记录与会员权益。我们不要求创建姓名或邮箱账户。
- 订阅信息：商品、购买凭据与订阅状态，由 Apple 和 RevenueCat 处理并向 App 提供权益结果。我们不接收完整银行卡信息。
- 使用与诊断信息：功能使用事件、请求与错误信息、性能及网络诊断。启用时，PostHog 也会处理应用使用事件。
2. 用途与处理方式
课堂音频和相关文字会通过网络发送给第三方 AI 服务，以完成语音识别、翻译、总结和答疑。处理可能涉及阿里云与火山引擎的服务。录音、课堂文字和历史归档同时保存在设备上，并上传至 EasyLect 的阿里云服务；使用及诊断日志也会上传，以维持服务、排查故障和改进体验。
我们使用匿名用户 ID 将这些记录与设备上的课堂、订阅权益关联。购买和恢复购买由 Apple 与 RevenueCat 提供支持。我们不将这些数据用于跨 App 广告跟踪，也不出售课堂内容。
3. 存储、传输与保留
设备上的历史由你在 App 内管理。云端归档及诊断数据保留至提供服务、排查问题及履行适用义务所需的期间；我们目前没有统一的自动清除期限。删除本机历史不会自动删除已经上传的云端副本。传输采用加密连接，云端归档使用受控存储；任何网络或存储系统都无法保证绝对安全。
由于 AI、订阅和分析服务可能在不同地区提供，相关数据可能在服务提供商所在地处理。我们仅向提供上述功能所需的服务方传递相应数据。
4. 你的选择与权利
你可以在 iPhone 系统设置中撤销麦克风权限，但实时听课功能将无法工作。你可以删除设备上的课堂历史。若要访问、更正或删除与匿名用户 ID 关联的云端归档或诊断数据，请按数据删除与隐私选择说明联系我们。我们会核验请求并回复处理结果；法律要求保留的记录将按适用要求处理。
5. 未成年人
EasyLect 是课堂辅助工具。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用，并在录音前遵守所在课堂与当地有关录音、个人信息的规则。我们不会主动要求未成年人提交真实姓名或联系方式。
6. 政策更新与联系
如果数据处理方式发生重要变化，我们会更新本页面和生效日期；需要时会在 App 内提示。隐私问题请发送邮件至 shaohuadou@foxmail.com。
Privacy Policy (English)
Information we process
EasyLect processes microphone audio, lecture recordings, transcripts, Chinese translations, summaries, question assistance, text corrections and history. An app-generated user ID links sessions, cloud archives, diagnostics and subscription access. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase credentials and subscription status; we do not receive full payment card details. We also process usage, error, performance and network diagnostics. When enabled, PostHog processes app usage events.
How we use and share it
Audio and related text are sent to third-party AI services, including services from Alibaba Cloud and Volcengine, to provide speech recognition, translation, summaries and question assistance. Recordings and lecture history are stored on the device and uploaded to EasyLect's Alibaba Cloud services. Diagnostic logs are uploaded to run and improve the service. We do not sell lecture content or use this information for cross-app advertising tracking.
Storage and your choices
Cloud archives and diagnostics are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve issues and meet applicable obligations; there is no single automatic deletion period at present. Deleting local history does not automatically delete cloud copies. Data is transferred over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. Providers may process data in different regions. You may revoke microphone permission in iPhone Settings, delete local history, or request access, correction or deletion of associated cloud data using the instructions on our Data Deletion page. We may need to verify a request and retain records required by law.
Children, changes and contact
Minors should use EasyLect with guardian guidance and follow applicable classroom recording rules. We do not ask for a real name or contact details to create an account. Material policy changes will appear here and, when appropriate, in the app. Email shaohuadou@foxmail.com with privacy questions.
